Secure Ordering

The quickest and easiest way to order from RAW Lifestyle is to use our secure online shopping cart.  We have created it to be very easy to use and you can be confident that your personal details will be safe and secure with us.  At RAW Lifestyle we use a secure payment gateway. PAYPAL allows us to accept payment by Visa or Mastercard so no card details are collected by RAW Lifestyle.

Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email from us.

If you do not wish to pay by credit card you can select the direct credit option.  (Please note: goods will not be shipped until payment has been received)

We can also accept orders via email, fax or telephone.  Please complete the order form and fax or email to us.

Out of stock items
We keep all of our products advertised online in stock.  If for some reason an item you have selected is temporarily out of stock or is unavailable, RAW Lifestyle will contact you immediately.

Pricing
All prices at RAW Lifestyle are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.  We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from RAW Lifestyle.  Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and your experience in our online store. In most cases your order will be packed and dispatched the following business day.  (Orders received before 1pm(WST) may be dispatched the same day)  If this is not possible for some reason, you will be contacted via email.

All deliveries will be via Australia Post Express Post unless otherwise specified

Postage Rates are as follows:

Up to 500gm    $7.70
500gm to 3kg    $10.90
3-5kg                  $18.50

5-6Kg                 $28.00 (Regular Post)

Delivery within Australia should be within 2 to 5 days.  Please note that we are located in regional WA therefore we are outside of the next day delivery for express post so it will take one day longer than normal.

Postage will be calculated by weight once you confirm your delivery details, you have the option of regular post or express post.  All items are checked thoroughly before packaging with care. 

Loss or damage is very rare. If this does happen please contact us immediately to discuss. 

Overseas Delivery
All deliveries will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail, the time of delivery depends on the destination but is usually within 10-14 days.  Postage will be calculated by weight once you confirm your delivery details.  Please contact us direct if you would like further information.

RAW Lifestyle takes no responsibilty for loss or damage caused by the carriers of the goods. Whilst all care is taken to use delivery methods which are considered to be reliable, delivery outside Australia relies on local carriers, over which we have no control.

Please note that some countries apply taxes and duties on parcels.  The parcel recipient is responsible for any and all such extra charges that are not within our control.

Loss or Damage by Carriers
Goods will be dispatched using the delivery method you specify. Once the goods have been dispatched, your order is deemed to be filled. RAW Lifestyle takes no responsibilty for loss or damage caused by the carriers of the goods.

CLOTHING
We have a 14 day return policy.  If you change your mind or ordered the wrong size or colour or even if the garment doesn’t fit quite how you thought.  We are happy to exchange or issue a credit for any goods providing they are returned (at your cost) unworn, in original condition, in original packaging, labels intact.  A copy of your receipt should accompany the returned item along with a RETURNS FORM

HOMEWARES
We have a 14 day return policy.  If you change your mind or ordered the wrong size or colour, we are happy to exchange or issue a credit for any goods providing they are returned (at your cost) unused, in original condition, in original packaging, labels intact.  A copy of your receipt should accompany the returned item. 

PLEASE NOTE: We will not issue refunds if you simply change your mind, exchange or credit note only.

Credit notes or refunds will only be issued for the item value, delivery charges are not refundable.  An additional delivery cost will be charged for exchangeqd items.

If you would like a credit note, we will issue you with the equivalent loyalty points and you may use them online for a future purchase.

There is a NO RETURN policy on MUSIC, JEWELLERY, BODY PRODUCTS and UNDERWEAR.

There is a NO RETURN policy on Sale items. Size exchanges will be permitted if stock is available

Faulty Goods
All items are checked thoroughly before we send them to you.  All of our suppliers are top quality.  However if you do have a problem with an item being faulty we are happy to provide you with a replacement (if available), a credit or a full refund if you prefer.

At RAW Lifestyle, your privacy will be respected by us and we will not disclose, exchange or sell your personal details to any third party for any reason.  Your personal information will remain secure and confidential and will only be used to process your order or inform you of special offers.  Because we use PAYPAL for all credit card transactions your credit card details will not be passed on to us.
