How to Join

1. HOW DO I JOIN?

Joining is simple. Each trainer listed within RAW LIFESTYLE provides a specialised style of training or program. Select one that’s suitable to your goals or preference of training. Select your level - beginner or advanced based on your experience. If required, you may then select a suitable location for you to complete your program (i.e. Gym or Home) and follow the prompts. Once you have signed up and your payment has processed you will receive a confirmation email activating your membership. You may now log into your dashboard on RAW LIFESTYLE to access your program. 

2. DO I NEED TO JOIN A GYM OR PURCHASE FITNESS EQUIPMENT TO DO THE PROGRAMS?

As each fitness and wellness program is different, please ensure you read the overview of what is required before you purchase a program.

3. HOW MUCH DO THE PROGRAMS COST?

Prices will vary according to the duration and intensity of the program, please ensure you have read the program overview  before purchasing.

4. HOW DO I ACCESS MY PROGRAM?

To access your programs simply head to rawlifestyle.com.au on your mobile phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer and enter your login details. Please note that Wi-Fi is required to be able to access your daily program.

To access your programs calendar, click 'My Dashboard' - here you can access your daily health and wellness routine.

All current programs will be listed in your Dashboard along with any previously purchased programs.

If completing a fitness program, each day brings a new workout for you to complete. Please note that each workout will close out at midnight (where ever you may be in the world) and a new one will commence, helping to keep you on track and committed.

Some wellness programs may work a little differently, please ensure you read the overview of how it works before purchasing a program.

5. WHEN DOES MY PROGRAM START ONCE I'VE JOINED?

Once you have received your email confirmation, you may begin your program at ANY TIME by accessing your dashboard on RAW LIFESTYLE. Log into your Calendar and click on 'What we are doing today' followed by 'Get started' to activate your program.

6. AM I LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT & HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS FOR?

Absolutely not! By purchasing a program you will be subscribing to the duration of the selected fitness/wellness program with a one off payment. Once that programs ends, a new program will need to be purchased if you wish to continue training. There are so many programs to choose from, you will never get bored! 

7. HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PROGRAM BEST SUITS MY NEEDS & BODY TYPE?

There are a variety of programs available from RAW LIFESTYLE to select from based on your individual fitness needs and goals. If you need any assistance selecting the best program for your fitness aspirations please do not hesitate to contact us at  [email protected]. We are here to help!

8. HOW MUCH EXERCISE WILL I BE DOING?

Each program is designed for different purposes. Please see the overview of each program to ensure you are making the right choice for your fitness needs.

9. I HAVE ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES - ARE THERE ALTERNATIVE MEAL PLANS

We understand. And we are just like you! Our designed meal plans already take this into consideration to ensure that they are catered to your unique needs. If there is anything in particular we may have missed, you may request a tailored meal plan written specifically for you! Head to Mel's Private Nutrition consultation and submit the form. Happy days.

11. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I COMPLETE MY PROGRAM?

We aren't good at break-ups either! But we want you to stay motivated and working toward your fitness goals. With the variety of programs on offer, why not try something new or more intensive?

12. HOW CAN I GAIN SUPPORT FROM RAW LIFESTYLE?

13. WHAT IF I DECIDE NOT TO FOLLOW MEAL PLANS?

Maximum results are achieved if food plans are followed. Our team of experts have specially designed meals around maintaining a healthy intake of calories and the beneficial type of fats, proteins and carbs suited to the style of training.

About My Program

14. CAN I PAUSE MY PROGRAM?

We hope you can commit to the duration of the program but we also understand that life sometimes throws you lemons. So please contact us via email so we can work through it with you.

15. WHAT IF I MISS A DAY?

We understand life gets in the way but to ensure results are obtained, the program should be adhered to for the required number of days, including allocated rest breaks. If you miss a day it’s not the end of the world, but do try to keep to the program. Trust us - you will thank us later!

16. DO I NEED TO HAVE TRAINED BEFORE?

Our programs are designed for all levels of fitness experience. Be sure to choose a program based on your level of experience. 

The Fit Focus Challenge however does require a minimal level of fitness prior. So if you've never trained before, don't worry we've got your back! We are providing a FREE beginners program for you to enrol in, to ensure you are ready for this challenge.

17. DO I NEED TO PURCHASE EQUIPMENT FOR TRAINING?

Some programs do require equipment, the details are in each of the program overviews. Equipment required can be easily found at all sporting stores or online. We have kept it very minimal for your convenience.

18. I NEVER RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Don't Panic! Apologies, we don’t know what happened! Send us an email at [email protected] right away and we will sort it out.

19. I PURCHASED THE WRONG PROGRAM, HOW DO I CHANGE THIS?

We all make mistakes, don’t worry! Email us at [email protected] and we will respond to ensure you’re on the right path to purchase your correct program.

20. HOW DOES THE NUTRITION WORK?

Some of our programs will come with meal plans. If you wish to add a nutrition plan to your fitness program we've made it super simple for you. We have various nutrition plans to suit all individuals, available to you in our 'Nutrition' selection of the website.

Alternatively, if cooking is not your thang and you would prefer to indulge in a healthy home delivery service, we have partnered with EAT FIT FOOD. After joining, you will receive an email with the areas eligible to apply for this service, along with costs, meal plans and discount codes to purchase through EAT FIT FOOD.

CAN I DO THE PROGRAM IF…

21. .... I HAVE AN INJURY?

If you are a diabetic, have a medical condition, an injury or a physical disability, you MUST consult your doctor or other health care professional before starting this program. When you are ready, we will be here to help you with any alternatives that you may need so you can still smash those goals.

22. .... I HAVE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

If you need alternatives for any meal plans you have purchased, please contact us and we will speak to our nutritionist. 

23. ....WHAT IF I AM PREGNANT?

We would absolutely love to have you on board and shortly will have some appropriate prenatal programs for you to enjoy. 

We do however ask that if you are breastfeeding, pregnant or trying to create a little one that you check with your doctor before starting the program. Once you get the all ok from your doctor, please feel free to contact us and we can point you towards our fertility boost guided programs and Prenatal Programs.
