All you need is a gym membership and you’re ready to rock n roll.
This program is all about the LADY LOVE! A 5 day circuit style program, with a combination of cardio and weight training, will be sure to shape those legs, firm that booty and tighten those abs.
Be warned, your booty will burn- but think of the gains! Resistance bands are essential if you want to fire up those glutes so be sure to buy your own resistance band, to your level of fitness.
