Perfect for those whose end goal is weight loss, or trying to increase cardiovascular fitness.
This program is an energetic mix of cardio, high intensity intervals, and is all about hitting your limits and removing you from your comfort zone in order to see change.
You will be training 6 days per week, targeting all areas of your body.
By the end of this 4 week program you’ll be at the peak of your fitness!
