Alice has many talents, and has danced for a total of 10 years at the Western Australian academy of Performing Arts before deciding her passion was coaching people to be healthy and fit. She understands the body, it’s limits and rehabilitations of muscle repair. Alice then decided her passion was with coaching people to be healthy and fit.

Alice’s programs focus on building strength, toning the body, targeting concerning areas, and increasing your overall level of fitness. While her programs are more specific to the female body, we certainly encourage men to join in as well!

Matt has an extensive amount of practical experience having interned with the likes of Louie Simmons and Jo Defranco. He has worked with a number of sporting teams and was the head strength and conditioning coach for Australia’s own Nick Kyriogos for four years.

Matt’s training isn’t for the light hearted. Intensive, powerful, and transformational.

Matt has both a theoretical base, along with a creative flair with his programming.

Rosie is a passionate women’s health and wellbeing educator. Founder of Daughter of the Hive, Rosie can be found regularly facilitating international Bliss Baby Yoga Pregnancy, Post-natal and Yoga for Fertility teacher Training Courses; attending births in her role as a qualified Doula; running specialised workshops for healthy menstruation; and leading support groups and Women’s Circles for her local community.

Her dedication and wealth of experience shines through in her comprehensive and utterly feminine teaching style.

Mel studied at the BA Health and Fitness Academy in Cologne, Germany, and has graduated with a Bachelor of Fitness and Nutrition in 2005. She loves to help and motivate people to change their lifestyles into a healthier one, by combining fitness, nutrition and the right mind-set. Her unique FIT FOCUS program is especially designed for women and encapsulates a complete transformation of body, mind & spirit.
